GETTING STARTED

All homeowners  have ALREADY had their residences entered into the site, accessible by a username and a password. The username is simply your street number followed by the first four lower-case letters of your street name. For example, the residents at 4305 Miraloma Drive would have a username of 4305mira while the residents of 6804 Benito Court would use 6804beni. For those residents having less than a 4 digit street number, repeat the number(s) until 4 numbers are created and then follow this with the first four lower-case letters of the street. Thus, 2 One Main Place would have a username of 2222onem, 32 One Main Place would be 3232onem, 46GH One Main Place would be 46ghonem and 101 One Main Place would have 1011onem.

Homeowner passwords have been assigned to each username and can be found by requesting them from your Area Representative, or, in a pinch, from the Welcome Committee Chairman or @ RCCEHAInfo@charter.net . Once you have successfully signed in, you are encouraged to change the initial password to one more to your liking by using the ‘Change Password’ option. This new password you create, will NOT be saved in the computer as the initial one was; only a ‘hashed’(undecipherable computer encrypted) version will be. If you forget your new password, you will have to contact RCCEHAInfo@charter.net to reset your password to the original one issued to you.

Non-residents of the neighborhood are welcome to browse the site, but are limited in their  view of  sensitive neighborhood information. Email addresses and telephone numbers, for instance, are only available to residents to respect their privacy and deter cold calls. Residents currently not listing their phones will also not have access on-line to their fellow residents’ numbers. Subsequent listing of a previously non-listed phone number or email address will restore visibility of all phone numbers or email addresses.
